Consent to the Processing of Personal Data
By filling out the form on the website vostokhimvolokno.ru and checking the consent box, I, the personal data subject, hereby give my consent to Joint Stock Company Vostokkhimvolokno (INN 7733550199, OGRN 1057748029228, legal address: 195277, Saint Petersburg, Gelsingforsskaya St., 3, letter “I”, premises 104–109; hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”) to process my personal data under the following terms and conditions.
List of Personal Data. Surname, first name, patronymic (if provided), mobile phone number, email address (if provided), the content of the message and answers to quiz questions, IP address, cookie data, Yandex Metrica user identifier (ClientID), type and version of the operating system, type and version of the browser, device type and screen resolution, referral source to the website, language of the operating system and browser, actions performed on the website.
Purposes of Processing. To review my inquiry, send responses and proposals regarding the requested products, prepare and conclude a contract, and fulfil obligations under the contract.
List of Actions with Personal Data. Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, updating, use, retrieval, anonymisation, blocking, deletion, destruction, transfer (provision, granting access) to the following recipients and processors engaged by the Operator:
Creatium (Russian Federation) — receiving and storing applications from the website forms, website hosting;
Yandex Metrica (Russian Federation) — collecting anonymised statistics on website visits.
Methods of Processing and Communication Channels. Personal data shall be processed using automated means (Creatium) and without the use of such means.
In the course of handling my inquiry, the Operator is entitled to send me messages via telephone, SMS, email, and the messenger (Max) indicated by me when submitting the inquiry. Such messages include:
responses from a manager regarding my inquiry;
informational and reference materials about the products I inquired about (photos, videos, calculations, configuration options);
reminders about an unfinished inquiry;
materials necessary to make a decision on purchasing the products.
These messages are related to my inquiry and do not constitute promotional mailing about products not requested by me. Consent to receive promotional messages and information about promotions shall be given separately by checking the corresponding box in the feedback form.
Validity Period of Consent. The consent shall be valid until the purposes of processing are
achieved or until its revocation, but not longer than 3 (three) years from the date of the last inquiry.Procedure for Revoking Consent. Consent may be revoked by sending a written request to the
email address hr.volokno@volokno.ru or to the postal address: 195277, Saint Petersburg, Gelsingforsskaya St., 3, letter “I”, premises 104–109, indicating the surname, first name, patronymic, and phone number used when submitting the
inquiry. The Operator shall cease processing personal data and ensure their destruction within a
period not exceeding 30 days from the receipt of the revocation (Part 5, Article 21 of Federal Law
No. 152‑FZ), except for data subject to mandatory retention under tax and accounting legislation.Confirmation. I confirm that I have read the Personal Data Processing Policy, my rights under
Federal Law No. 152‑FZ “On Personal Data” have been explained to me, and this consent is given
freely, of my own will, and in my own interest.
